Start small

Build first. Verify before publishing.

A seller can build the shop privately before collecting documents for payment approval. Keep seller details honest, confirm the VAT status that actually applies, and record every sale from the beginning.

No CIPC company number or SARS income-tax number is needed merely to prepare a sole-proprietor shop. Publication requires identity and bank approval. If a seller is under 18, a parent or guardian must own or manage the account and complete that verification. Every published offer must be sold through RevPulse.

Seller workspace

Make the offer easy to choose.

Start with the parts your business controls. Make the shop easy to understand before a buyer ever reaches the invoice.

Choose a shop template

Choose a storefront template, publish your identity and policies, and keep the public shop consistent with the business.

Sell products and services

Offer products, variants, pictures, stock, and fixed-price services from one seller workspace.

Create customer offers

Prepare public or email-restricted offers for selected products, categories, or groups.

Delivery terms

Set delivery charges or free collection and make the buyer’s choice clear before the order is created.

Buyer journey

From browsing to buying, keep it simple.

Give customers a familiar shopping experience, with clear purchase details and help when they need it.

  1. 01

    Choose and publish

Choose a template, publish the brand, and add products or fixed-price services with stock and delivery terms.

  2. 02

    Browse and add to cart

A buyer browses the shop, adds items to a cart, and verifies their email before continuing.

  3. 03

    Keep the purchase details

Buyers see their order, agreed price, delivery choice and invoice in one place.

  4. 04

Stay in touch after the sale

Buyers can follow their purchase and ask for help with delivery or the agreed work.

Clear offers, confident customers

Everything a buyer needs to decide.

Show what you sell, what it costs and how customers can receive it.

What you can organise

  • Choose a storefront template and publish a branded public shop
  • Offer products, variants, pictures, stock, and fixed-price services
  • Give buyers a familiar cart, order history and invoices
  • Create offers for selected products or customers
  • Offer delivery, collection and purchase support

Payment stays clear

  • Prepare a shop without a SARS income-tax number; publishing requires an approved adult account holder and bank setup.
  • RevPulse reviewers may request a certified identity copy before approving an applicant to publish or sell.
  • Every published product or service must be ordered and paid for through RevPulse. Off-platform payment is not permitted.
  • Revoked payment verification removes the shop from public access, and platform suspension cannot be overridden by the seller.
  • Record income from the first sale. RevPulse prompts for missing tax details after income is recorded; that prompt is not a tax threshold or SARS registration.
  • Buyers can request help or a refund from their purchase history. Requests are reviewed before a refund is confirmed.

Common questions

Know what buyers will experience.

What can I set up before my shop is approved?

Prepare your shop first. Choose a template and add products or fixed-price services privately. Complete RevPulse approval before you publish and sell; checkout, promotions, fulfilment tools and withdrawals require approval too.

What fees apply when I sell, and when can I withdraw my earnings?

Selling and cash-out fees apply separately from workspace access, including during the free trial. Review the quoted fees before selling. Payment received is not the same as available earnings: clearance, fulfilment and any holds must be resolved before cash-out. Cash-out requires approval and at least R300 in available earnings. See the pricing page for the current fee breakdown.

Do I need a registered company to get started?

No CIPC company number or SARS income-tax number is needed merely to prepare a sole-proprietor shop. Publishing and selling require an approved adult account holder and bank setup. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must own or manage the account and complete verification.

Can buyers pay online?

Yes, for shops with online payments set up and approved. Buyers see the available options before paying and can return to their purchase history for updates.

What happens when something needs review?

Buyers can ask for help from their purchase history. Keep the order details and conversation together while a delivery, service or refund request is reviewed.
